Challenges faced by women in science and technology

Women face various challenges in pursuing careers in science and technology. One of the major challenges is the lack of opportunities for women in these fields. Women are underrepresented in scientific research and technology development in India. This is due to various reasons such as societal and cultural norms, lack of support systems, and gender bias.

Another challenge faced by women in science and technology is the work-life balance. Women often have to balance their family responsibilities with their careers. This can make it difficult for women to pursue careers in science and technology.
